Pioneer Hot Melt Adhesive Film is a high polymer film for  Aluminium Plastic Composite Panel( ACP) and others metal/aluminum and polyethylene composite product. This high polymer film is a multi layer film which made from imported high quality adhesive resin and virgin PE.  The adhesive film can strongly bond the alumnium coil and PE core for sandwich panel, and for other aluminum and plastic composite product.  We produce high quality hot melt adhesive film for standard aluminum sandwich panel, and double sides adhesive film for B1 fire-proof panel, A2 fire-proof panel. The thickness can customize from 20 micron to 100 micron.

Pioneer we have own technical lab and development and research lab. we can make sure the product quality after those testing . We have peeling strength machine for testing peel strength, high temper and humidity chamber for simulating similar environment , UV accelerated weathering tester and constant temper drying oven .
